I do not believe you have the possibility to do that out of the box, but there is a workaround:
You can have a web page hosted on the same server, in a different IIS instance. if your NPM runs at www.yourserver.net/Orion/, you can create a www.yourserver.net/Contacts/ on that same server. Then, from NPM, you can setup hyperlinks to this new page as described here: http://www.solarwinds.com/NetPerfMon/SolarWinds/wwhelp/wwhimpl/js/html/wwhelp.htm#context=SolarWinds&file=OrionCoreAGManagingWebAccounts_2.htm
