If your IBM server is not listing hardware health as an option when doing a "List Resources" then I recommend uninstalling the IBM Director Agent from the server and installing the latest version available at the link below. It may be that you have the platform agent installed and need the latest version of IBM's common Agent for Hardware Health monitoring via WMI in SAM.
