Enable Pagegate Integration to NCM

Hi all.

I currently have NPM 10.4, NCM 7.0.2 and PageGate v5 running in my Solarwinds environment.  SMS'ing from NPM to Pagegate works fine, and can be configured for alerts as shown:

From there, I can select Pagegate recipients to send SMS's to.

However, when I go into Syslog Viewer > Alerts Rules, this option does not exist.  I'm trying to find how I can configure either Solarwinds or Pagegate to become available as an alerting option, however various searches of Thwack ("NCM SMS", "NCM PageGate", "NCM Pagegate Integration", etc) have not yielded any results for this.

Has anyone done this before?  What should I be looking at to get this going?
