Case Update: 493799 - urgently need to disable "routing" polling across the board
hi all
when SolarWinds brings out a new feature, they enable it on all devices.; examples over the last few years are
layer2
layer3
energywise
hardware
routing
there is then a flurry of thwack articles to find out how to globally delete them, and we have to hack the database.
can we please have global options to control this, and STOP enabling these options during upgrades, instead leave at the control of the admins. currently admins have to either hack the database, or perform a list resources on all nodes affected, which can be thousands.
