Do you have a DHCP server in your COLO environment and did you have one in your HQ environment?
If you do have a DHCP server in the COLO environment, confirm the VM is attached to the correct network in the VM settings.
If you don't have DHCP but you are using VMware vCenter, you can modify the VM settings to define a static IP address. From the vSphere Client Summary tab for your VM, click Edit Settings, click the Options tab, click the Properties entry under vApp options, define the networking properties on the right, then click OK. Click the Restart Guest link from the vSphere Client Summary tab for the VM to perform a controlled shutdown and reboot. After it reboots, wait for the blue-screen-of-life and confirm the specified IP address is displayed.
