Today i was able to identify that we are using a old and version of Cisco IOS that needs to be updated to fix an issue with ACS. Also have been able to identify problems with uplinks on switches. User Device Tracker was able to track down a duplicate Mac address on our network, that my boss doesn't think is a big deal cause they are on different segments.
We have never had a product like this, just want to see integration between Web Help Desk and User device tracking. Also better monitoring of a Cisco Stack.
