Thanks for the information. I also recently got an email from the user. He says that he can not login to the Web Console. So, now I'm thinking it is something specific to his account. If I create a new user, what permissions would he need if all I want him to do is : Access the Web Console Home page (which should be the new View...that only has maps included...no other information)?
