Great, I'm glad that's helped you out a bit. For synchronization actions, both the source and target paths must exist before doing the sync. It will not create either of those folders. If you're sure both paths exist, can you try posting a snippet of the log? You can view the log for the task by editing it, going to the Log Settings tab, and clicking the View Log button.
