michael stump Wow!!! Wow!!! I really like your suggestion of documentation policy. With that, everybody in every team is on the same page and has the same expectation. You know, when incident hits, sometimes, we, people may not be able to think straight; finger-pointing aftermath is not uncommon. Documenting the expectation and the reality also gives us a reference point to improve upon if we "screw up".
