Please explain the way SAM uses polling frequency and polling timeout. To my knowledge, polling frequency is how often you want to run a test/poll. Polling timeout is how much time is used in the test/poll. Is this correct? Right now, we are having monitors going down because it misses only 1 poll, and we don't want that. The frequency is currently set to a higher number than the timeouts on our monitors.
