Please ensure that PowerShell 2.0 is enabled on the Target host. There are known compatibility issues with PowerShell 2.0 and PowerShell 3.0, which is why PowerShell 2.0 is an available open for enablement on Windows 2012. You should not receive an error from any of the steps outlined above. If you are, then that's the likely the cause of the error you are receiving. Only the first two components in this template rely on PowerShell/WinRM, "Locked out users" and "Disabled users". The rest of these components utilize WMI to gather their respective information.
