i have just ATTEMPTED a migration from NPM v 5.5.0 to V6.1.0
the installation moved through with no errors.
i restarted all service.
i then attempted to connect to the npm page from a client machine
most times, the page does not respond or gives an Orion error message stating to try again or go to the home page
sometimes it actual works, then a few minutes later it hanges and the gui does not repond.
i have rebooted the server ( Win 2k8r2 with 4 vcpu and 16 Gb of ram) no change
i have re installed NPM V 6.1 release , no change in symptoms
I then gave the VM more resources, it now has 8 vcpu and 32 Gb of RAM
