I just upgraded to the newest version 1.1.5 and was hopeful that this would no longer be an issue; unfortunately the issue remains.
I have an email alert souce setup to process emails received from me (for testing). If I send alert central an email using my default Outlook format (HTML), nothing happens at all. Alert Central never "receives" the email.
However, if I send alert central the same email, but change the format to Plain Text, it works just fine.
Changing the format to Rich Text also works (although it is unable to properly capture text in the body)
Is anyone else experiencing the same issue? I know we could just get these notification emails to be sent in Plain Text format as a workaround, but we still run the risk of missing an alert if someone sends it in HTML by accident. Since this is often Outlook's default I'm curious about how others are getting around this.
