Restoring the Database requires root access, so that requires a call to LEM Support if you want to restore it.
Restoring the config is something that customers can do, though!
As a note, all backups must be restored to the same version. eg, a 5.5 backup cannot be restored to 5.7 and a 5.6 backup can't be restored to 5.4. Only 5.7 backups can be restored to 5.7.
