Wanted to see if anyone knew how to esclude various hardware monitors in SAM? I am pulling hardware status in SAM from HPSIM agents. We have antique servers in the field, all of which have dead controller batteries. We don't plan to replace the batteries since we are moving all remote servers to our local data center in the next 6 months. I do want to monitor the other hardware components until then. Since I am using Servers with problems IFrame on our NOC dashboard to report issues I have a long list of servers alarming due to batteries. Is it possible to filter these battery alarms from the view? I assume I could go into the servers and modify the SIM agent to not report battery health but that would end up being a huge nightmare due to access restrictions and other factors I don't want to deal with. Orion / SAM is such an amazing tool I figured there may be a way to filter the battery alarms, had to at least ask.
