Re: Issue with forwarding alert in ipMonitor

Hello Rahul,

Your issue could occur if you are adding Groups of Groups or Groups of Devices to the Alert and you have the behavior modifier mentioned within the following knowledge base article implemented:

SolarWinds Knowledge Base :: How can I decrease ipMonitor’s CPU resource usage when large amounts of monitors fail.

If you do have the Behavior Modifier implemented, simply ensure that you add one of the following to the Alerts:

-Groups of Monitors

-Devices

-Monitors
