OS watchers in the sense im referring to the alerts we get from the linux servers if its OS watchers service goes down. We have been receiving flap alerts from for this service. When the service goes down we do not receive any alerts but when the service is fine we receive an alert stating the service is down.
Kindly find the screenshot of one such server where we have received OS watchers service Down but when we checked with the support team its UP and running fine. Its been very difficult to make sure whether the service is running fine or its really down. Kindly guide me to resolve this issue.
