Well Contacted Dell Support today and got the run around...
"Hi Nickolaus, the current SolarWinds/WMI configuration isn't supported by Dell. Our Dell supported alternative is Dell OpenManage Essentials. It uses IPMI.
You can monitor multiple servers with OpenManage Essentials. Each server must have OpenManage Server administrator installed on it and the main server would have OpenManage Essentials installed.
In order to get Solar Winds to works with Dell hardware, your best solution would be to contact them directly.
Our tools usually use IMPI for the reporting
Other than that IPMI and SNMP are the only ways I know of to get disk & raid information. Usually through our Open Manage interface. I apologize for this inconvenience."
I created a post on their forums

So there is no solution here and if SolarWinds doesn't help drive this by vendor relations or by the thwack community we (who uses dell servers) have no option to pull by WMI
So either SolarWinds comes up with a way where we can monitor the server by using SMTP and being able to pull component information by WMI at the same time, or we will never use the cool things in SolarWinds like Hyper-V monitoring, and other cool new things coming in 5.5
I will not put my environment in danger by not monitoring my Raid controller cards/Hard drive failures.
