Just to close this out,
I did create a ticket on the 6th and we were able to get it working again.. The issue was a old .dll file that was leftover from a previous version that was causing the issue. I cant think of what .dll file it was, but I can get the name when I get back to work on Monday. Once we deleted that .dll and ran the config wizard it seemed to have resolved the issue.
I can also get the ticket number to put in here if needed.
