I uninstalled Dell OpenManage just to be sure there wasn't an issue with the version I was using or running it on ESXi 5.0, but Hardware Health is still showing the same as before. Here is the Hardware Status from the vSphere console that you asked for. I expanded Power just to show that the unknown is caused by there not being a power supply in slot 2.
