At least half of the installations on windows 7 x64 workstations we have a situation that Java 7u11 (x86 for x64) (Upgrade) installation never ends and actually when it's trying to install the update on shutdown it never ends and you have to force shutdown. However next time when windows starts this java update is installed successfully within couple of seconds. That means that installation has been done already but is somehow missing successfull stop command. I did't make any modifications to the package just duplicated it. I have no idea what could cause this.
