These interfaces have same/similer names?
Try:
1. Click Manage nodes. (From Settings or from Summary page)
2. On "Show" change to "Interfaces".
3. Change "Group by" which you need.
4. Search your interfaces.
5. Select all what do you need to delete. Be carefuly.
6. Delete it.
