Sorry I'm not into Starwars, so I may have mis-understood your question. But if you're just looking to create a new Grouping, then all you do is just manually type in the new name for the Grouping group you wish to use in the Grouping box. I've pointed to it in your image copy below. Delete what's there and type in your new name and click on Save Changes. It will create a new grouping with that name.
