you did discover [SolarWindsOrion].[dbo].[Events] correctly. but did you also assign right EventType when adding custom IPAM tables? Take a look into [SolarWindsOrion].[dbo].[EventTypes] and re-use once of IPAM event types when adding custom ones. There is a filter on ipam events resource to show only IPAM related data.
