I got an email from one of the app team members that there was a problem with one of our web servers and that one of the symptoms was that they were unable to login to the server. Neither was our desktop engineer; the server wasn't accepting RDP connectiosn and was at a remote location.
I was able to use SolarWinds Mobile Admin from my Android smartphone to restart the server and swiftly restore service without missing anything at TechEd.
