I used neighbor scanning in addition to Ping-Sweep, and DHCP to scan subnet. If IPAM doesn't see one Used IP in ARP table of neighbor device the, MAC of mapped IP will change from old MAC to 00-00-00-00-00-00. At that time the MAC is timeout in ARP table, it also mean the device is not network anymore. With the definition of IP transient status, that IP should be changed from Used IP to Transient IP, but in reality it does not. Please take a look at my picture attached with this post. Solarwind should consider to fix it in hot fix.
