I work for an MSP with around 500+ Customer that we manage and monitor there IT equipment, We are looking at replacing all of our monitoring platform for one platform and Solarwinds is in the final two platforms that we are looking at.
The issue we have with solarwinds is that out of our customers we have some that are not on Site to site VPN's and will never be on a VPN. Does solarwinds have a way of monitoring a customer site without a VPN?
We do not want to use a 3rd party solution to bring in the alerts / monitoring data.
Is there anyone within the Thwack community that has the same situation and what have they done to get around it?
