I'm newly to Solarwinds, and have a POC for NPM & UDT. In order to know username, I have added the AD server into UDT by WMI. We can see the CPU status of AD server and it always shows 90%, my customer has logged in the server and opened the windows task manager, it just was about 50%. Then the Administator user of AD server found that his account was locked, it seems that NPM always used the username to poll all the users and the administrator user couldn't login file server etc by his account. However, I unmanaged the AD server in UDT setting, everything went well.
